Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-8 business days.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. All orders 0 - 5 kg come with FREE international shipping.

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We have our main office in the Germany; Fulfilment warehouses in: Europe and Asia
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?
A. Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order exceeds the custom limits for your country.
